In spite of dominating ball possession, Louis van Gaal’s
first competitive match as Manchester United manager ended at a loss,
with Swansea claiming a 2-1 victory in the Premier League curtain raiser
at the Old Trafford.
UK Eurosports reports that United, with its three new players,
could not make any recordable chance as it lost one of the new players,
Jesse Lingard, halfway to the first half. Swansea notably played in a
countering attack, which put them at the leading position.
